The main specialization of DCL is all types of flexo-printing:

• • UV and solvent colour printing
  • Current  number of printing colours are up to 6+6
  • Synchronous printing
  • Edge-to-edge printing
  • Heat-shrink bag printing
  • Flowpack and other film print with a print width of up to 330 mm.

Sausage casing shirring

Types of casing which we can shirr:

• • Polyamide, collagen, fibrous and cellulose casings
  • Diameters from 32 to 90
  • Tube lengths from 15 cm to 50 cm
  • Quantity of casing in the tube from 10 m to 50 m, depending on the type of material

Production of sausage sleeves

• • From 10 cm to 60 cm in length
  • With clip or without, with clip and loop.

Preparation of “Ready to use” condition:

• • Possible for all types of casings
  • Different degrees of humidity are possible from 20% to 50%
